Uri Pachter (he/him) is dedicated to increasing equity and improving people’s lives through relationship building, data analysis, and amplifying voices that often go unheard. He has worked on place-based issues in the nonprofit, private and public sectors for 15 years. Uri is experienced performing residential, retail, industrial and commercial market analyses. 

Previously, he was Assistant Vice President at Kretchmer Associates, where he performed market analyses for developers, municipalities and regional planning agencies. Uri was also a project manager at Greenbelt Alliance, the Bay Area’s preeminent smart growth organization, where he led their eTOD endorsement program and directed a hybrid online/in-person civic engagement initiative.
