Ally Brisbin (she/her) is committed to empowering neighbors to take an active role in their communities. At MUSE, she leads the firm’s marketing and communications strategy and supports its community engagement work. Ally’s creative approach is informed by her experiences as a small business owner, a Chamber of Commerce employee, and her work in local government. 

She joined the MUSE team after five years working as a senior staff member to a Chicago Alderman. During her time as a public servant, Ally led strategic communications, facilitated community engagement around significant development and transportation infrastructure projects, and supported local businesses as their advocate and liaison to City Hall.  

Ally has a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from State University of New York at New Paltz, and more than a decade of experience in block-level community development.
